Sapna Kotwal conducts review meet of wardens of Pahari hostels

Srinagar, Aug 21:  Sapna Kotwal (JKAS) Secretary, J&K Advisory Board for Development of Pahari Speaking People (PEG) will conduct a review meeting of all Wardens of Pahari Hostels of Jammu & Kashmir.According to a statement issued here, the meeting is scheduled to assess the functioning and management of hostels. The meeting will focus on the following agenda points:
Academic Performance & Support, Review of students’ academic progress, Remedial coaching and mentoring initiatives, Discipline & Hostel Administration, Ensuring proper discipline, attendance, and conduct of inmates, Implementation of hostel rules and regulations, Status of hostel buildings, repairs, and maintenance, Requirement of beading, quilt and other items of Kupwara hostel matter takup with the concerned Deputy commissioner, Availability of furniture, water, electricity, and sanitation facilities.
Welfare & Co-Curricular Activities, Organisation of cultural, sports, and personality development programs Measures for overall growth of students, Budget & Expenditure , Review of hostel funds utilization, Transparency in accounts and records.
