Rajouri, Sept 11: Following the extensive damage caused by heavy rainfall across the district, the District Administration Rajouri, led by Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Sharma, has effectively provided relief to the affected families. To date, an amount of Rs 3.79 crore has been disbursed to offer immediate support to those impacted.
All damage assessment cases have been thoroughly reviewed, and the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) has assured that 100% relief disbursement will be completed within the next three days.
The DC said the district administration is committed to ensuring that no affected family is left without assistance, and that timely aid reaches every household in need.
