Ganderbal, Feb 10: The Education Department Ganderbal successfully organized the live streaming of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ program at the Boys Higher Secondary School auditorium on Monday.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from students across the district, who gathered to gain valuable insights on managing exam stress and building confidence.
Chief Education Officer (CEO) Ganderbal, Oneel Kumar Bhat, highlighted the significance of the initiative. “This year, the live streaming was conducted in 23 schools across the district. The program’s primary goal is to help students stay stress-free and confident during their exams. We believe that such interactions play a crucial role in shaping a positive mindset among young learners,” he said.

The Pariksha Pe Charcha program, an annual initiative by the Prime Minister, provides students, teachers, and parents with practical tips to tackle exam-related anxiety and approach academic evaluations with a calm and focused mindset.
During the session, Prime Minister Modi shared motivational anecdotes and emphasized the importance of resilience, time management, and self-belief. “Failure is not the end; it is a part of the journey to success,” he remarked, inspiring the students to view challenges as opportunities for growth.

The event received overwhelming praise from participants. A Class 12 student from Ganderbal, who attended the program, shared, “Listening to the Prime Minister was truly motivating. I realized that exams are not just about grades but about learning and growing. His advice on staying calm and focused will definitely help me in my preparations.”

Teachers and parents also appreciated the initiative, noting its positive impact on students’ mental well-being. “The program has given our children a fresh perspective on exams. It has encouraged them to approach their studies with confidence and a positive attitude,” said a teacher from a participating school.

The Education Department Ganderbal’s efforts to facilitate the live streaming of Pariksha Pe Charcha have been widely applauded, with many calling for such initiatives to be organized more frequently. The event not only provided students with practical exam strategies but also reinforced the importance of a healthy and balanced approach to academics.
