Jammu, Feb 28:Panun Kashmir and Youth 4 Panun Kashmir on Friday unanimously decided to hold a mass protest—Adhikaar Rally—on March 23rd, the anniversary of the Nadimarg Massacre.
In a statement issued, spokesperson said the rally will be a direct challenge to those responsible for genocide. “It will mark a historic assertion of Kashmiri Hindus’ right to justice, recognition, and reclamation of their homeland.”

Announcing the rally, Digamber Raina, General Secretary, Youth 4 Panun Kashmir, stated that the time for silence is over. He called the rally a warning to collaborators and political opportunists who have enabled the continued persecution of Kashmiri Hindus.

Dr. Agnishekhar, Founder & Convenor, Panun Kashmir, emphasized that the Adhikaar Rally is not just a protest, but a historic reckoning. He stated, “For too long, the perpetrators of our genocide have walked free while successive governments have failed to act. The time has come to break this cycle of denial. This rally will be a decisive moment in our struggle, a firm declaration that Kashmiri Hindus will not rest until justice is served and our right to return with full constitutional guarantees is ensured.”

Rahul Kaul, Chairperson, Apex Y4PK, emphasized that the rally will demand official recognition of the genocide and immediate action from the Government. He declared that Kashmiri Hindus will no longer allow their history to be rewritten.

Vithal Chowdhary, President, Y4PK called for urgent intervention to end decades of injustice.

Shama Raina, Kashmira Vahini, highlighted the unheard stories of Kashmiri Hindu women, calling on all human rights defenders to support the community’s fight for dignity and recognition.

Ashwani Bhat, Senior Member, Panun Kashmir, asserted that Kashmiri Hindus will no longer live as refugees in their own nation.

Pintoo Ji Pandita, Community Leader, stated that the time for false promises is over, warning that if the Government fails to act now, the consequences will be irreversible.

Rajesh Kachroo, Jammu, Panun Kashmir, called upon Jammu’s youth and nationalist forces to mobilize in large numbers, ensuring that the rally’s message resonates across the nation.
