Palhallan boy clinches Gold at 16th National Youth Games Karate Championship 2024 in Goa

Srinagar, Feb 01: Nasir Farooq Dar, a rising star from Palhallan Ghat Village, has secured the coveted Gold medal at the 16th National Youth Games Karate Championship held in Goa from January 27 to 29, 2024.
The momentous victory was celebrated in a grand ceremony where Hemant Pawer, the President of NYSEF India, and Pradeepa, the Founder and President of SAGFOL, proudly presented the Gold medal to Nasir Farooq Dar. The event recognized Nasir’s exceptional dedication and outstanding performance in the championship.
Expressing his joy and gratitude, Dar said this victory is not just mine; it belongs to everyone who has supported and believed in me.
“I am proud to bring this honor to Palhallan Ghat Village. His sentiments echoed the communal pride felt by his fellow villagers who rallied behind him throughout his journey.
Dar’s triumph adds another chapter to his already impressive track record in the world of karate. His commitment to excellence and relentless training regimen have positioned him as the pride of Palhallan Ghat Village, making him an inspiration for aspiring athletes in the region.
