Omar visits Masoodi, other bereaved families

Srinagar, Mar 01: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday visited Hyderpora to offer condolences to Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Pampore, Justice Hasnain Masoodi on the demise of his brother, Dr Ghulam Sibtain Masoodi.
On this occasion, the National Conference Vice-President also extended his sympathies to Mirwaiz Molvi Umar Farooq, who is the son-in-law of the deceased.
Earlier in the day, Omar visited Raj Bagh to offer condolences to the Kapra and Sheikh households. The noted trader Ghulam Nabi Kapra and former DIG Kashmir Sheikh Hafiz Akhtar passed away recently. Abdullah offered prayers and expressed sympathy with the bereaved families during this challenging time.
The CM was accompanied by MLA Channapora Mushtaq Guroo, MLA Lal Chowk Ahsan Pardesi, MLA Uri Dr Sajjad Shafi, his Political Advisor Mudassar Shahmiri and State Spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar. They collectively offered prayers for the deceased and prayed for strength for the grieving families.
