Srinagar, Jan 07: National Conference (NC) will field the best candidates in the upcoming bye-polls in Budgam and Nagrota assembly constituencies, party spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar said on Tuesday.
Speaking to KNS, Dar said the people of Jammu and Kashmir have already placed their faith in the National Conference and will continue to support the party in these twin constituencies.
He reiterated that the party remains committed to fulfilling the promises made during the elections. “Some historic decisions have already been taken, and the remaining commitments will also be fulfilled,” he added.
Highlighting the party’s role during the recent snowfall in Kashmir, the spokesperson said, “NC leaders remained available in their respective constituencies to address public concerns. Two ministers and the advisor to the chief minister were actively assessing the post-snowfall situation in the valley.
