In Kadhama, he met a delegation of villagers, who had boycotted the Parliamentary election due to a lack of basic facilities. He assured them that their concerns, particularly regarding road construction, the work on the road will commence soon.
In the education sector, Er Rashid visited Higher Secondary School Tanghdar, where he sanctioned Rs 3 lakh from MPLAD for smart class boards and promised that the pending building work would be completed by March. He visited New Light Model Public School Cheterkote, where he sanctioned two computers for the school and praised the chairman for his dedication to providing quality education. He also visited Government Higher Secondary School Kandi where he sanctioned Rs 2 lakh for Smart Class boards from MPLAD.
During his visit to the 12MW under-construction power project, the Member Parliament urged the authorities to prioritise employing local skilled and unskilled labour.
