Srinagar, Nov 07: Mission E, a renowned coaching centre in the valley conducted a month-long scholarship campaign Scholarship 983 in association with Mirchi 98.3, wherein students from all over the valley were counselled about career opportunities and were also entertained via fun interactive sessions with RJ Mehak, RJ Vijdan, and RJ Rafia from Mirchi 98.3 as they visited schools across Kashmir.
Mission E, the brainchild of a bunch of highly qualified professionals who left their successful careers in the quest to provide quality education to students in the valley, aims to strengthen the footprint of Kashmiri students on national level and guide them amidst an ever-increasing merit and competition.
The campaign culminated with the scholarship test conducted at three centres – Kashmir Harvard in Srinagar, Oxford Presentation school in Anantnag, and SRM Welkin in Baramulla. The top three performers in the test are all set to avail cash prizes worth Rs. 1,00,000, 50,0000, and 25,000, respectively.
Apart from the cash prizes, the top 15 performers in the test will get a free tuition for a year worth 60,000. Speaking at the Srinagar event, Dr Zahid, co-founder Mission E, said that their sole aim with Mission E is to ensure that talent in Kashmir is recognized on a national level, and that every aspirant gets the beat opportunity to the same.
The students appear led for the scholarship test with zeal and excitement. ‘The results will be announced soon and the champions we’re looking for could be sitting in this very exam hall right now. Let’s accomplish Mission E’, he concluded while addressing the students just before the commencement of the test.
