Srinagar, Nov 21: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) president Mehbooba Mufti on Tuesday paid a condolence visit to the residence of Abdul Rehman Rah to offer her sympathies on the demise of his wife. The deceased was the maternal aunt of the party’s additional spokesperson, Abdul Rouf Bhat.
During the visit, Mufti was accompanied by Abdul Qayoom Bhat, Waheed Parra, Arif Laigroo, Aman Zargar, Fayaz Reshi, and others.
Mehbooba expressed her condolences, describing the deceased as a noble human being—polite, humble, and always dedicated to social and community service. She acknowledged the significant contributions of the departed individual to the well-being of the community and society at large.
