Srinagar, May 14: Congress leader Kadfeen Choudhary on Sunday termed the Karnataka win of the Congress party “a direct outcome of the hectic efforts” put forth by the party leader Rahul Gandhi in Bharat Jodo Yatra.
Kadfeen in a statement issued here said the yatra has not only brought the Congress party closer to the people of Karnataka and the rest of the country but has also given “hope to millions of Indians across the country who are struggling with economic hardship and social inequality”.
“Rahul Gandhi’s leadership and vision have been instrumental in this success, and we are proud to have him as the leader of our party. We are confident that the spirit of the Bharat Jodo Yatra will continue to inspire the Congress party and the people of India as we work towards a brighter, more equitable future for all,” he said.
Kadfeen added: “On behalf of the Congress party, I congratulate the people of Karnataka for participating in the democratic process and exercising their right to vote. We are humbled by the trust and confidence reposed in us and are committed to serving the people of the state with sincerity and dedication. The election results are a reflection of the people’s aspirations for a better tomorrow and we pledge to work towards realizing their dreams.”
Kadfeen said that he wants to extend his heartfelt congratulations to Rahul Gandhi for his unwavering commitment to the people of India. His vision for a more inclusive and just society has been an inspiration to him and others, he said.
Kadfeen said that he has no doubt that Rahul Gandhi will continue to fight for the rights of marginalized and underprivileged communities and make a positive impact in the country. “Rahul Gandhi truly embodies the spirit of democracy and we are s proud to support his leadership,” the Congress leader said.
