Kulgam, May 22: The Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYS&S) Kulgam on Monday organised a Bike Rally under the banner of G20 Summit.
The rally was flagged- off by the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat from Mini Secretariat, here.
The event witnessed participation of more than 100 bikers from across the district.
DYSSO and other officers were also present on the occasion.
