DC Budgam dedicates newly constructed primary school to students at Rakh Arath

Budgam, Mar 14: The Deputy Commissioner (DC), Budgam, Akshay Labrooon Thursday dedicated the Primary School Building to locals at Rakh Arth Bemina.
Speaking on the occasion, the DC said that under the directions of sLG Administration, the District Administration Budgam is committed to complete all pending infrastructure projects in the district.
He said that this school building is the 7th such infrastructure building completed in the last six months. He said sother completed projects including PHCs, Health & Wellness Centres completed and dedicated to the general public in the last six months. 
 He complimented the concerned executing agency and team of officers who were looking after the project, for completing the long pending school building in a short span of time and dedicating it to the local students at Rakhi Arth Bemina.
The DC instructed the CEO to ensure shifting of the school from a rented building to new school building at the earliest and ensure smooth functioning of the school with all basic and assured facilities in place for students at the new building.
The DC further said that the focus is also on to modernize and equip the infrastructure buildings with latest gadgets and machinery in the district.
He said that during the last visit last month concerned were given clear directions to ensure completion of all pending works including sanitary works for washroom facility very shortly without fail.
DC said that the school shall normally function from this session to ensure smooth imparting of education to local students of Rakh Arath.
During the visit, the DC also met various public deputations who raised their demands with the DC.
He gave them patient hearing and assured all their genuine demands shall be addressed on priority.
Among others, CPO, CEO, Ex. Engineer R&B, Tehsildar and other concerned were also present on the occasion.
