Srinagar, July 12: Chairman Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP) Ghulam Nabi Azad visited the bereaved family of Ranbir Singh Bali, Director Finance, Forest, Ecology and Environment Department, in Baramulla on Wednesday.
Bali, his wife, and their son tragically lost their lives in a devastating accident while traveling on the Mughal road on July 9. Azad along with senior DPAP leadership visited the bereaved family in Chandoosa village and offered their heartfelt condolences and prayed for eternal peace to departed souls.
“Ranbir Singh Bali was an honest and committed officer who always worked for upliftment of the poor by implementing policies,” Azad said.
Expressing sympathy with the injured daughter of the deceased, the DPAP chairman blamed the pathetic road conditions for the tragic accident on Mughal Road. He was accompanied by Taj Mohiuddin Treasurer, Vice Chairman G.M. Saroori, Distt President Shoaib Lone, Shabnum Shafiq Gen Secretary Province, Omar Kakru Working President, Jasbir Kour and others.
Meanwhile, the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Minority Wing Convenor Sardar J S Azad expressed profound sadness and grief over the demise of Director Finance, Forest, Ecology and Environment department, Ranbir Singh Bali who along with his wife and son died in a fatal accident on Mughal Road on Sunday evening.
In his condolence message, he prayed for peace to the departed souls and fortitude to the bereaved to bear the inconsolable loss. Meanwhile, the party’s Treasurer Shammi Oberoi also expressed heartfelt condolences and sympathies with the bereaved family in their hour of grief and loss.
