AICTE, SP College organize one-day counseling programme for aspirants

Srinagar, July 20: One day awareness cum counseling programme for the aspirants of Jammu and Kashmir under Special Scholarship Scheme for J&K and Ladakh Students (SSS JKL) 2024 was organized on Saturday by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in collaboration with Sri Pratap College.
The workshop was aimed at providing insightful information about the scheme including overview of the scheme, registration process and choice filling.
The event was attended by Director, SSS JKL Cell AICTE, Kunaljeet Singh; Director Colleges, Prof. (Dr) Sheikh Ajaz Bashir; Principal Sri Pratap College, Prof. (Dr) Ghulam Jeelani Qureshi; Deputy Director SSS JKL CELL AICTE, Dr Nikhil Kant; Consultant SSS JKL CELL AICTE, Prof. Ajit Angral, Faculty members of Sri Pratap College, Parents and Students.
At the outset, Principal SP College presented his welcome address and welcomed all the participants and guests to the event.
Director Colleges spoke on the occasion and highlighted the key benefits and impact of SSS on the higher education of Jammu and Kashmir.
Chief Guest of the workshop Kunaljeet Singh addressed the audience and gave a deep insight about the scheme. The event also witnessed an informative presentation by Dr Nikhil Kant wherein he highlighted and explained the whole process of scheme in a meticulous and efficient manner.
Prof. Ajit Angral chaired the Q&A session and answered all the queries satisfactorily.
