Former Chief Engineer Doordarshan Autar Krishen passes away

Srinagar, Dec 04:Former Chief Engineer of Doordarshan Autar Krishen Tikoo -Shahpuri a resident of downtown Habba Kadal expired yesterday and was cremated in presence of large number of people from cross sections at Indirapuram crematorium in Ghaziabad.
He is survived by wife Sarla Tikoo and two daughters Sumedha and Sumegha.Legal eagle Ashok Bhan described Tikoo as a man of deep culture,ever smiling gentleman and a competent professional with a commitment towards the Kashmiri music and promoting rich Kashmiri plural cultural and spiritual ethos.
