Srinagar, April 03: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) general secretary Ghulam Nabi Hanjura on Monday urged the party cadres to go for rigorous public outreach and prepare for coming municipality elections.
According to a party statement, he stated this while presiding over the party meeting of eidgah assembly constituency.
The meeting was attended by Hameed Kohsheen, Abdul Qayoom Bhat, Towseef Shah, Bashir Beigh and Arif laigroo constituency in-charge Dr Ali Mohammad
During the meeting Hanjura urged the participants to hold atleast two zonal level meetings during the month. He also urged the workers to get ready for coming Municipal Elections.
He urged them to reach out to the people with party’s pledge that PDP will vouch for the lost rights of people of J&K.
Besides, Hanjura also asked the workers to carry out massive membership drive across.
Constituency in-charge Eidgah Dr Ali Mohd urged the participants to reach out to every house hold in their constituencies. He said that party is meant to represent the aspirations of the people of J&K and said the party will fight for rights of people of J&K till last breath.
Meanwhile scores of people from eidgah joined PDP in party headquarters!
