Hakeem extends New Year greetings, prays for peace, prosperity

Srinagar, Jan 01: People’s Democratic Front (PDF) chairman and former minister, Hakeem Muhammad Yaseen on Wednesday extended New Year greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
In his felicitation message, Yaseen expressed hope that the New Year would bring peace, prosperity and joy to the region, which “has endured decades of turmoil”.
“May this year prove to be a harbinger of peace, prosperity and joy for the people of Jammu and Kashmir, who have withstood the darkest phases of unrest over the years,” he said.
The PDF chief also wished that 2025 would be a year of fulfillment for everyone. “May this year help us all achieve our dreams and aspirations,” he added.
