New Delhi, Dec 25: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National General Secretary Tarun Chugh on Wednesday said the Kejriwal-led AAP government in Delhi has become synonymous with scams.
“The party betrays the very Aam Aadmi it claims to represent,” he said in a statement.
Chugh drew attention to a notification issued by the Women and Child Development Department and the Health and Family Welfare Department of the Delhi government, which exposes yet another scam by AAP. He stated, “The notification makes it clear that there is no Mahila Samman Yojana or Sanjeevani Scheme in Delhi.”
He further remarked, “The drama of promises made to the women of Delhi has been shattered by the truth revealed in the government’s notification. How long shall this drama of fake promises continue?”
The public notice issued by the Delhi Health and Women Welfare Department confirms that the so-called Sanjeevani and Mahila Samman schemes do not exist, exposing the falsehoods propagated by AAP, Chugh said.
The BJP leader said that Kejriwal’s promise of providing Rs 2,100 per month to women has proven to be a hoax, terming it “yet another example of AAP’s lies and deceit”.
“The people of Delhi deserve a government that is genuinely committed to their welfare, and the BJP will work towards a brighter future for the citizens of Delhi,” he added.
