SWFC Baramulla qualifies for Srinagar Premier Division League 2025

Srinagar, Dec 07: SWFC Baramulla has made history by securing a spot in the prestigious Srinagar Premier Division League 2025. This marks a major milestone for the football club, which has long been a symbol of sports excellence in North Kashmir.
The team began their journey in Baramulla’s Super Division League, where they showcased exceptional skills and determination. Advancing to the highly competitive Srinagar Super Division League, which features 18 of the top football teams from Srinagar and surrounding areas, SWFC Baramulla proved to be a dominant force.
In the league stage, the team won all five pool matches, scoring an impressive 26 goals and conceding only three. Their winning streak continued in the knockout rounds, where they claimed victories in two crucial matches, earning their place in the Srinagar Premier Division League 2025.
Established in 1967, SWFC Baramulla has a long and proud history in North Kashmir’s football scene. The club has won seven to eight district league championships and is celebrated as the best and most popular team in the valley. This latest achievement adds another feather to their cap, as they move to compete at a higher level.
As they prepare to compete against top teams in the Srinagar Premier Division League, SWFC Baramulla looks forward to continuing their remarkable journey. Their dedication and passion for the game are a beacon of hope for aspiring footballers in the valley.
