10 BN SSB Batmaloo Srinagar Hosts “Dawat-E-Iftar” Program for Social Harmony and Brotherhood Promotion

Srinagar, Apr 13: 10 BN SSB Batmaloo Srinagar on Thursday organized a “Dawat-E-Iftar” program on the auspicious occasion of 21st Ramadan at the Battalion headquarters Tattoo Ground. Led by Rohitashwa, Commandant of the Battalion, the program aimed to promote social harmony and maintain brotherhood among force personnel and the public.
The program was graced by dignitaries from civil administration and officers/ officials from the 10th BN SSB. H.B. K. Singh, DIG, SHQ (SPL-OPS), SSB Srinagar participated in the said program and blessed participants with good wishes.
Other dignitaries who attended the program were Sh. Junaid Azim Mattu, Mayor of Srinagar Municipal Corporation, Dr. Maqbool Ahmad Dar HOD Psychiatry GMC Srinagar, Sh. Fayaz Ahmad SDPO Shaheedganj, Sh. Shafat Gafaar Corporator SMC Ziyarat Batmaloo, Smt. Neelofar Khan Corporator SMC Qamarwari, Sh. Sabzar Ahmad SHO Batmaloo, and Mohd Ashraf (Imam of Masjid Abu-Bakar) Batmaloo.
At the end of the program, Sh. Junaid Mattu, Mayor of Srinagar, addressed the august gathering and extended his heartfelt wishes to all the Battalion personnel and prayed to God for peace and prosperity. Sh. Rohitashwa, Commandant of 10 BN SSB, expressed gratitude to all for participating in the said program.
The “Dawat-E-Iftar” program brought together people from different walks of life to celebrate the spirit of brotherhood and communal harmony. It served as a platform for people to come together and strengthen the bond of unity and peace.
