Jammu, Nov 04: Ajay Khajuria, Professor of Practice at Model Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET), Jammu has expressed his enthusiasm for an “exceptional day” at the campus.
In a Facebook post, he shared his pride in being surrounded by three outstanding professionals who made the day memorable.
First is Mr Rizwan Uddin, the Regional PF Commissioner for Zone-1 (Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh), who “impressed everyone by covering a 22-kilometer distance on a bicycle in just an hour to reach the MIET campus”. Despite his high-ranking position, his dedication and energy during the lecture captivated 150 students and faculty members, Ajay said.
Prof Khajuria praised MIET’s Director, Prof Ankur Gupta, as a “humble, dedicated and brilliant academician whose unwavering work ethic and intellectual prowess are destined to make MIET one of India’s premier institutes”. He also highlighted Professor Sahil Sawhney, MIET’s GM of Strategy, for his “innovative thinking and unique perspective on marketing, strategy, and corporate expertise despite his young age”.
Mr Rizwan Uddin described the lush green campus of MIET as comparable to the prestigious IIM Bangalore, provided a picturesque backdrop for the day’s events. Prof Khajuria expressed his gratitude to Mr. Rizwan Uddin for gracing MIET with his presence and sharing his wisdom.
