Strengthen grassroots: Mir to NC leaders, workers

Srinagar, Aug 27: National Conference (NC) Provincial President Showkat Mir on Wednesday chaired a meeting with senior party functionaries of the Urban Local Body from the Batamaloo-Shaltaing constituency at the party headquarters, Nawa-e-Subha, Srinagar.Prominent among those present were District President Srinagar Pir Afaq, senior district functionaries Qaisar Jalali and Pir Ghulam Nabi, among others, the NC said in a statement issued here.The meeting featured in-depth discussions on key party affairs, organisational matters, and pressing public issues. The gathering emphasised strengthening grassroots engagement and enhancing the party’s outreach in the constituency.
