In view of snowfall and slippery road conditions, the vehicular traffic and patients were stuck on roads at different places in District Budgam.
Police swung into action and provided helping hand to the commuters whose vehicles were stranded due to snowfall. Some patients were transported to nearby hospital in police vehicles.
Meanwhile, police personnel facilitated snow clearance also from various roads leading to hospitals.
