Srinagar, Dec 26: The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on Thursday held an important meeting at its headquarters here, which was chaired by Vice President Mohammad Sartaj Madni, to discuss preparations for the death anniversary of the party’s founder, the late Mufti Mohammad Syeed on January 07.
During the meeting, Madni called for meticulous planning at the grassroots level and urged participants to enhance coordination across central Kashmir. PDP General Secretary Mohammad Khursheed Aalam highlighted Mufti Sayeed’s political contributions to Jammu and Kashmir and South Asia.
The meeting was attended by district presidents, senior leaders, and various party workers, including notable figures such as MLA Waheed ur Rehman Para and Ab Qayoum Bhat, among others.
