Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and National Conference Vice President Omar Abdullah on Friday visited the residence of TV artist Amreen Bhat, who was shot dead by militants at her home in Chadoora Budgam on Wednesday evening.
He visited the residence of slain TV artist to to offer condolences & express sympathies with the bereaved family. He was accompanied by Party’s Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, Senior leader A R Rather, Zone President Ali Muhammad Dar, his deputy secretary Mudassir Shahmiri.
On the occasion the leaders offered Fatiha and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
TV actor Amreen Bhat was killed by unidentified militants in chadoora area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Wednesday, while her 10-year-old nephew was also injured.
