Elderly man dies after being hit by vehicle in Srinagar’s Parimpora

Srinagar, Mar 30 : An elderly man died after being hit by a vehicle in the Parimpora area of Srinagar on Monday, officials said. An official told the

news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that after being hit by the vehicle he was immediately shifted to a hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.  He has

been identified as Nasrullah Jan Banday (61), son of Mohammad Hassan Banday of Hyderpora’s Ibrahim Colony. Police have taken cognisance of the incident and initiated an investigation.—(KNO)
