A newborn baby was found dead in the premises of District Hospital Handwara on Friday.
According to reports, the new baby was spotted by some patients on the hospital premises and was bitten by stray dogs.
Meanwhile, the hospital authorities have confirmed the recovery of a newborn baby from the premises and said police complaint in this regard has been registered.
