SRINAGAR, AUGUST 20: Continuing the series of awareness programmes under the banner of ‘Nasha Mukt J&K Abhiyan,’ Cultural Unit Srinagar, Department of Information & Public Relations (DIPR) organized a fresh round of events on Wednesday in collaboration with various government and private schools of Srinagar.The day’s programmes were successfully conducted at Government Boys Higher Secondary School Soura, Government Boys Secondary School Harwan, Government Boys High School Mulphaq, Government Secondary School Barjee, as well as private institutions including Greenland Foundation School Hawal and Mars School Eidgah Srinagar.The events featured cultural presentations, interactive sessions, and motivational talks, all designed to spread awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse and to inspire collective responsibility among the youth to resist this growing menace.Principals and Heads of the participating institutions highly appreciated the initiative, acknowledging the vital role of such programmes in shaping responsible and aware citizens.They lauded the efforts of the Cultural Unit Srinagar for carrying forward this campaign with great impact.The initiative once again underscored the commitment to empower young minds and reaffirmed the vision of building a drug-free and progressive Jammu & Kashmir.
