Motor Cyclist Killed in Kangan road mishap

A Motor Cyclist was killed after being hit by a truck at Main Market Kangan of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Sunday.

Police sources said that, a Motor Cycle bearing registration number JK16A/4421 ridden by a Person identified as Mohd Ismail Bijard Son of Gh Nabi R/O Baba Nagri Wanghat was hit by a Truck bearing registration JK13F/3017 at Main Market Kangan, resulting in serious injuries to Motor Cyclist.

However, he was immediately rushed to Sub district hospital Kangan where from he was reffered to SKIMS Soura for advance treatment

Furthermore police sources said that the person died on the way to hospital.

Meanwhile, SHO Police Station Kangan Turk Zahoor told Rising Kashmir that vehicle along with its driver has been arrested.

He said that Police have registered a Case Under Fir No 89/2022 U/S 279,337 IPC against him and further investigation has been initiated.
