Minor killed in Bandipora road accident

A 14 year old bi-cycle rider was killed in road accident in Bazipora area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district along Srinagar-Bandipora highway on Sunday, officails said.

A Police official told Rising Kashmir that Mudasir Ahmad, resident of Kani Mohalla, Saderkote Bala of Bandipora was hit by a Wagoner car bearing registration no. JK03A 0864. Following the injuries, he was referred to nearby hospital for treatment however he succumed midway.

He said that the accused has been arrested and both the vehicles have been seized. “Case under relevant laws has been registered”, the officail said.
