Ramban, June 14: In a significant initiative of District Administration Ramban leading up to the 10th International Day of Yoga 2024, the Department of AYUSH, in collaboration with the Education Department, organized a Yoga Camp at Government High School Batote.
This event was conducted under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner, Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary.
The Yoga session, aimed at promoting health and well-being through yoga practices, was meticulously coordinated by District Nodal Officer for Yoga, Dr. Masood Iqbal, the camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, teachers, and community members, who engaged in various yoga exercises and techniques.
This initiative reflects the ongoing commitment of the Department of AYUSH and the Education Department to integrate yoga into daily routines and highlight its benefits for physical and mental health.
Later, a quiz competition was also organized by the Department in which all the participants participated.
