While weatherman has forecast dry weather till with very light rain at one or two places, night temperature recorded rise at most places in Jammu and Kashmir on Monday.
A meteorological department official here told that “mainly dry weather over the plains of Jammu and Kashmir with the possibility of very light rain thunder at one or two places on the higher reaches towards afternoon/evening”.
Meanwhile, he said, Srinagar recorded a low of 18.2°C against 16.7°C on the previous night.
The temperature, he said, was 0.9°C above normal during this time of the year for the summer capital.
