Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday expressed Grief over the demise of Professor B. B Dhar .
In post on X, LG Sinha wrote, ” Extremely pained at the passing away of Prof B.B.Dhar. He was an admired teacher & exceptional human being. I recall my own personal association with him at IIT BHU. His passing away has left a void that would be very difficult to fill. I offer my condolences to family & friends.”
