Srinagar, Dec 16: Vice-Chancellor University of Kashmir Prof Nilofer Khan, Registrar Dr Nisar Ahmad Mir and other officers and officials of the University on Friday condoled the sad demise of Prof Masud Choudhary, founder Vice-Chancellor of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri.
In her condolence message, Prof Nilofer described Prof Choudhary as a prominent educator and able administrator whose contributions to the development of BGSBU will always be remembered and recalled. She also expressed her heartfelt condolences with the bereaved family in this moment of grief.
Officers of the University Registry led by Registrar Dr Nisar A Mir also expressed their grief over the demise of Prof Choudhary and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
“We stand in solidarity with the bereaved family and share their grief and sorrow,” they said.
