A residential house was damaged after gusty winds created havoc in Lolab area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Thursday.
According to locals residents, “gusty winds began around 5:30 p.m. and lasted for a 5 minutes.”
They said the house belonged to Irshad Ahmad Bhat, son of Abdul Ahad Bhat of Chekh Warnow got partially damaged.
An official of the revenue department told Rising Kashmir, that the gusty winds damaged a residential house partially.
He said that there were no reports of any injuries.
Similar reports of gusty winds were also reported from other parts of Kupwara’s frontier district, however, there were no reports of any property damage or injuries.
