An encounter is underway between security forces and militants in Rishipora area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Friday, police said.
Kashmir Zone Police tweeted, “#Encounter has started at Rishipora area of #Anantnag. Police and security forces are on the job. Further details shall follow.”
The exchange of fire is going on and further details are awaited.
