G D Goenka Toddlers House Celebrates Annual Day

Srinagar, Oct 18: G D Goenka Toddlers House 90 ft Road Srinagar celebrated its First Annual Day function with great enthusiasm and fervour. Prominent Social Worker Syed Aijaz Kashani and Former Information Office J&K GM Mir was the chief guest on the occasion.
The other dignitaries to grace the occasion were Aneeszargar, Director of the School and Saima centre Head of the school along with parents of G D Goenka Toddlers House Srinagar.
The celebration started in the morning with a warm welcome of the guests.The bouquet presentation was followed by the ceremonial lighting of the traditional kashmiri lamp.
Centre Head of the School Saima presented welcome address and highlighted the achievements of GD Goenka Toddlers House.The parents were apprised of the various skills being imparted to children so as to groom them for all the future needs.The main attraction of the function was the mega show ‘The dance and the music.’ It was an amalgamation of dance and drama, which captivated the audience. The resounding applause from the spectators stamped the seal of success on the theatrical skills, displayed by the children. Beautifully choreographed dances enraptured everyone present on the occasion.
The chief guest Syed Aijaz Kashani appreciated the outstanding show put up by the little Goenkans under the guidance of their teachers who left no stone unturned in honing their acting skills. He Further apprised the house for their efforts to cater the holistic development of a child’s personality. 
Speaking on the Occasion, the Chairman Aneeszargar , expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the guests and parents for taking out time from their busy schedules to be a part of the celebration. He also presented a brief report on the notable achievements of the Children’s in academics and co-curricular events which have brought glory to the House.
The parents of all the Children’s were invited to witness the resplendent celebrations. It was heartwarming for them to see such an exquisite expression of love and honour. The sequence of events, woven into an intricate story, took them into a flashback and offered an opportunity to relive their childhood and youth.
