Srinagar, Sep 18: Director Health Services Kashmir Dr Mushtaq Ahmed Rather on Monday visited District Hospital Budgam to take stock of healthcare arrangements. He was accompanied by Chief Medical Officer Budgam Dr Mohd Ayoub and Medical Superintendent District Hospital Budgam Dr Mohd Iqbal Sofi.
The Director Health Services took a round of the hospital and inspected each and every section. He expressed satisfaction with the services being rendered by the hospital.
While interacting with patients, Dr Mushtaq took feedback about the services being provided in the hospital. He appreciated the hospital administration and staff for doing excellent work.
The DHSK directed the Chief Medical Officer Budgam to provide staff to the hospital on an internal arrangement basis within the district in view of the heavy workload of patients in the hospital.
Medical Superintendent DH Budgam gave a detailed overview of the facilities being provided to the people and requested additional manpower in view of the heavy workload.
