DC felicitates JK Board class 10, 12 toppers in Reasi

Reasi, May 08: Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Nidhi Malik Thursday felicitated the district’s top-performing students in the JK Board Class 10th and 12th examinations for the academic year 2024–25. The felicitation ceremony was held in the Auditorium of the DC Office Complex, where students were honoured for their outstanding academic achievements.
Deputy Commissioner Nidhi Malik congratulated the students on their success and commended their dedication. Trophies were awarded to the meritorious students as a token of appreciation and encouragement. The Class 12th toppers were Pranvi Sharma (Science stream), Khushdeep Kour (Commerce stream), and Hitakshi Sharma (Arts stream).
In Class 10th, Kamakshi Sambyal of Gurukul Public School and Sakshi Devi of Government Higher Secondary School Reasi were recognized for their exceptional results in the private and government school categories, respectively. Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner praised the hard work and perseverance of the students, as well as the guidance provided by their teachers and the unwavering support of their families. She offered heartfelt congratulations to all the achievers and encouraged students to pursue their goals fearlessly, continue learning with curiosity, and strive for excellence. She further emphasised that the administration remains committed to supporting every young achiever in Reasi.
The event concluded with enthusiastic applause and a deep sense of pride as parents, teachers, and officials celebrated the students’ success. The ceremony stood as a powerful reminder of the transformative impact of education and the immense potential of the district’s youth.
