Srinagar, Apr 13: Apni Party President Syed Mohammed Altaf Bukhari on Sunday extended warmest greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the eve of Baisakhi — a festival that marks the beginning of the harvest season and is primarily celebrated in Punjab.
