New Delhi, Mar 16: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Minority Front has planned to reach 32 lakh needy people on Eid through “Saughat-e-Modi” campaign under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
National President of Minority Front Jamal Siddiqui in a statement issued here said that on the occasion of the holy month of Ramzan and the upcoming festivals of Eid, Good Friday, Easter Navroz and Indian Samvat New Year, the Front will reach out to the needy people through “Saughat-e-Modi” campaign. Along with this, Eid Milan celebrations will also be organized at the district level.
He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is moving forward on the strategy of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Vikas.
Siddiqui said 32,000 officials of the Morcha will contact 32 thousand mosques and deliver essential items as gifts to 32 lakh needy people through “Saughat-e-Modi” kit. “Each official will identify 100 needy people from a mosque with the help of the mosque committee and deliver ‘Saughat-e-Modi’ kits to them as gifts. The kit will contain the things they need,” he said.
The Front chief called for helping the poor, weak neighbours and poor relatives wholeheartedly in the month of Ramzan. Such a Morcha will present an example of Ganga-Jamni Tehzeeb by participating in the events of Good Friday, Easter, Navroz and Indian New Year and distributing “Saughat-e-Modi” kits to the needy, he said.
Jamal Siddiqui instructed the workers to maintain harmony and brotherhood through these festivals. He gave this message to the officials of the Morcha through a virtual meeting.
The meeting was presided over by National President of Minority Morcha Jamal Siddiqui. BJP National General Secretary and National Incharge of the Morcha Dushyant Kumar Gautam was present at the meeting. On this occasion, National Officers, State Incharge, State President, State General Secretary, State Sufi Samvad, Incharge of Modi Mitra Abhiyan Program, and Co-Incharge, District President were present.
The meeting was conducted by Dr Aslam and concluded with a vote of thanks by National Vice President of BJP Minority Morcha S.M. Akram. On this occasion, prayers were offered for forgiveness by paying tributes to former Delhi State President of Minority Morcha, late Haji Nisar Ahmed.
