Jammu, Jan 10: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) held its Sangathan Parv Election in Bishnah, a key border district, as part of its ongoing efforts to reinforce its organisational framework in the region. The event drew significant attendance from prominent BJP leaders, marking a strategic step towards enhancing the party’s presence in Jammu and Kashmir.
In attendance were key figures such as Kant Sharma, MLA from Mathura, Uttar Pradesh and Election Observer for Jammu and Kashmir; Dr Devinder Kumar Manyal, General Secretary of BJP Jammu & Kashmir and MLA from Ramgarh; Prof Garu Ram, MLA from Suchethgarh; Dr Rajeev Kumar Bhagat, MLA from Bishnah; and Sham Choudhary, former Minister of J&K. Rakesh Mahajan served as the State Returning Officer for the elections.
The Sangathan Parv Election highlighted the BJP’s commitment to democratic practices and its dedication to serving the people of Jammu and Kashmir. During the event, party leaders reiterated their commitment to advancing the region’s development and strengthening relationships with local communities.
