The University of Kashmir has postponed the spot admission process that was scheduled for Thursday, August 28, 2025, due to prevailing weather conditions.
Dr. Fayaz Ahmad, Director of Admissions and Competitive Examinations a informed Rising Kashmir that the admissions will now be held on Friday, August 29, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Directorate of Admissions and Competitive Examinations.
Similarly, Cluster University Srinagar has also postponed all examinations that were scheduled for Thursday, August 28.
The Controller of Examinations said “All examinations scheduled for August 28 have been postponed. Fresh dates will be notified separately.”
In addition, the Islamia College of Science and Commerce has postponed the BG 2nd Semester (Batch 2022) backlog examination, which was also scheduled for August 28, 2025.
