On the directions of the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat, a team headed by SDM Noorabad Bashir Ul Hassani visited Mandguri village and provided interim relief to the fire victims whose residential houses were gutted in the fire.
Essential kits containing utensils, blankets and items of immediate requirement were distributed among the affected families.
The fire incident had occurred at Mandguri D.H.Pora Kulgam yesterday evening wherein two residential houses were completely gutted by fire.
SDM Noorabad said that the case under SDRF has being prepared for further relief.
The SDM was accompanied by Tehsildar and other officers.
