Jammu, April 04: A pipping ceremony was held Friday at the Armed Police Headquarters, Jammu and Kashmir, where Anand Jain, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Armed J&K, formally conferred the ranks of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP-M) upon Bashir Ahmad and Neelam Sharma. The officers were recently promoted.
