Srinagar, Oct 24: AMK JK hold its Golden Jubilee Confrence (I) here in Tagore Hall Srinagar.
AMK JK organised this 43rd conference as part of Golden Jubilee celebration with a theme “Kashir language and literature in last fifty years”.
The Confrence was attributed to ShiekhulAlaam.Noted Dramatist cum filmmaker Pran Kishore and AMK unit BazmiSangrama got the annual Sharf-I-Kamraz award separately. Abul Hasan Farooqi a noted eulogist received the Kgilat-I-HanfiSopori for the year 2021.
The inaugural session of thematic conference was opened with presentation of Annual achievements of the AMK presented by General Secretary ShabnumTeligami.
The session was chaired by Prof Shad Ramzan, others who shared the dice include Justice Bilal Nazki, Prof Naseem Shifayie.
During his adressJusticNazki stressed on the acquisition of Knowledge besides creating the qualitative litrature.
Prof Shad during his presidential address termed AKM JK as the pillar of Kashmir identity and encouraged the literati to take the kashmir language philosophy to its new heights.
Shad said that Kashur Culture and Identity has three strong forces LaldDed, Sheikhulaalam and AMK JK at its back.
Nazki praised AMK JK for its moves to spread knowledge about the linguistic identity in Jammu and Kashmir.
Prof Shifiyaie mentions the role of AMK in developing the kashmirilitrature and identity awareness.
President AMK JM Muhammad Amin Bhat welcomed the guests while the Secretary AMK JK Farooq Shaheen conducted the proceedings of the session.
During the inaugural session, renowned writer from Odissa, Arvind Roi termed mother language as the basis of all prosperity. He urged the writers and intellectuals of J and K to promote Kashmiri language through their writings .
Vice President Sayed Akther Mansoor presented the resolutions substantiated by AfaqAziz,Prof Basher Bashir,Mir Tariq and Prof Farooq Fayaz.
The open debate session was jointly conducted by Shakir Shafi and Ghulam Nabi Shakir.The sessions was chaired by Prof Zaman Azrudah and initiated by Ghulam Nabi Aatish.
During the session panelists debated on the theme “Kashir language and literature in last fifty years”.Among the other panelists who spoke on the theme include Rafiq Raaz, M.SaleemBeigh, Prof Farooq Fayaz,Prof Basher Bashir, Ab Khali Shams, Mushtaq Ahmad Mushtaq , Waheed Jeelani, Satish Vimal, AyashArif, Shabir Mujahid Ali Shaida and Rafique Masoodi.
Others who participated from audiance include Mir Tariq,SalimSalik Dr ReyazulHasan,AyubDilber, Izhar Mubashir, ReyazAnzino, Yousuf Shaheen, Nazir IbniShabhaz, Masood Shadab, Omer Imtiyaz, Yasmeen Ahad and shabir Hussain Shabir.
Later Prof Zaman Azrudah delivered presidential address and highlight the contribution of AMK JK.
The post lunch session ended with subjective poetry session organised by JKAACL and award ceremony.
The proceedings were carried by Rashid Roshan.
The poets who participated in the session include Manzoor Mehtab, Rashid Roshan, Prof Shad, Prof Shifayie, Prof Ayaz Rasool Nazki, Zareef Ahmed Zareef, G N Atish, Masood Shadab, Rashid Jawahar, Rasheed Sidiqe,
During the award ceremony Pran Kishore who got the Sharf-I-Kamraz virtually spoke to the audiences through Vedio Call.
Literary organization Kashmir BazmiAdabSangrama was also awarded the Sharf-e- Kamraz.
On the occassionPran Kishor’s Novel “Zoon ZafraanZaranManz” was released and which was reviwed by Prof ShafiShoq.
Renowned Naat Khwan Abul Hasan Farooqi was given Khilate HanfiSopori.
