Jammu, April 23: In a solemn gathering, the management, faculty, staff, and students of Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences and Hospital (ASCOMS) expressed their deepest condolences for the innocent tourists killed in the recent barbaric terror attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir.

A statement released by the institution said: “We are deeply saddened by the tragic mass killing at Pahalgam, Kashmir. Our hearts go out to the families who have lost their loved ones in this senseless act of violence. We can only imagine the immense pain and grief these families must be experiencing, and we extend our sincerest condolences during this incredibly difficult time.” The gathering observed a two-minute silence in honour of the victims, with everyone praying for strength for the bereaved families to cope with this irreparable loss. The institution’s message reflects the collective sorrow and solidarity of the community in the face of such a senseless tragedy, highlighting the shared grief and the need for national unity in such challenging times.
