BBFS, enJogo collaborate for football talent hunt in Kashmir

Srinagar, Apr 21:Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools (BBFS), in collaboration with enJogo, is set to host trials for its residential academy program at Srinagar’s Polo Ground on April 28, 2024.
Eligible players, born between January 1, 2007, and December 31, 2014, havw been invited to participate, with reporting time set for 8:00 IST.
Participants were aked to bring their kits and a valid Government ID, along with a registration fee of INR 100/-. Bhaichung Bhutia, Co-founder of BBFS, stressed the importance of structured sporting education for young players, underscoring the opportunity for aspiring footballers to join the program and realize their potential.
With the theme ‘Building Future Champions,’ the upcoming trials will span across the nation, facilitated by BBFS scouts. These trials serve as an vital platform for young talents aspiring to pursue football professionally, providing them with opportunities for evaluation and potential enrollment in the country’s premier football program.
BBFS Residential Academy offers a unique blend of football training and academic development, providing student-athletes with top-notch facilities and coaching while ensuring their academic growth through affiliation with ICSE/CBSE schools.
Currently operational in four regions, BBFS has established a formidable scouting network, with several academy graduates representing India at various levels of competition, including the Indian Super League and the national team.
Notable alumni include Gaurav Bora, Rohit Kumar, and AashiqueKuruniyan, who have made significant strides in their football careers after starting at BBFS.
Recently, four academy players were selected for the India age-group camp, with two of them participating in the U-16 SAFF Championships in 2023, where India emerged victorious.
