Jammu, Dec 04: The last phase of the mega sports extravaganza – LG’s Rolling Trophy – is will begin on December 5 (Monday) at Jammu and the matches will be played at Khail Gaon Nagrota and playfield of the University of Jammu, Director Youth Services and Sports (YSS) Subash C Chhibber announced on Sunday.
As per a statement, Chhibber along with Accounts Officer Sunil Sharma, SO Establishment Haji Aijaz Ahmed and other senior officials of the Directorate of YSS visited Youth Hostel and Khail Gaon Nagrota on Sunday morning to take stock of arrangements for the final phase of LGs Rolling Trophy at Jammu. The Director Sports passed on verbal instructions to Warden Youth Hostel, Nagrota and other concerned officials for good lodging arrangements for players during their stay at the hostel.
Incharge of refreshments/food and the officials associated with the hostel canteen were directed to provide healthy food to the participants in the best possible hygienic conditions. The director asked the members of the technical team to ensure that the best pitches are kept ready for the conduct of marches in the most professional manner.
